Yuichi Ikegoshi (池越 雄一 Ikegoshi Yūichi) is a male Idol part of the SIPS (Boy Band) who was first introduced in chapter 52 on Palau as part of the TV Crew where he is one of the hosts for the TV show.
In chapter 60, during chestnut picking, it is revealed he is getting married to the Japanese voice actress Yurika Muranaka (村中 ゆりか Muranaka Yurika) and there are rumors that they met during shooting of the last Rarako movie.
It is mentioned in chapter 75 he is the bassist of the idol group Sips.
Etymology[]
- The name Yuichi means "hero, manly" (雄) (yu) and "one" (一) (ichi).
- Yuichi's surname Ikegoshi means "pool, pond" (池) (ike) and "surpass, cross over, move to, exceed, Vietnam" (越) (koshi/goshi).
Trivia[]
- Yuichi and Kouhei Imamura look-a-like, so when Yuichi got injured, Kouhei replaced him as the TV-host by offering him an autograph of Yurika Muranaka.
