Hajime Nojima (野島 元 Nojima Hajime? ) is a minor character of the manga series Grand Blue. He is a first year Mechanical Engineering student and one of Iori Kitahara's classmates at Izu University.

Nojima is a tall and self-proclaimed handsome young man with long black hair that has two bangs hanging on both side of his face, black eyes and he is always seen wearing black glasses.
Personality[]
Nojima is a self-styled playboy who is largely unsuccessful in attracting a lover. Although he tries to be charismatic, it usually comes off as lame.

Etymology[]
- The name Hajime means "beginning, former time, origin" (元).
- Hajime's surname Nojima means "field, wilderness" (野) (no) and "island" (島) (shima/jima).
