Welcoming Party (新歓コンパ Shinkankonpa? ) is the second chapter of Grand Blue manga.
Short Summary[]
In this chapter, Iori laments the death of his college dreams and faces the challenge of finding clothes after being caught in his boxer shorts. He encounters a fellow student, Kouhei Imamura, but their initial interactions don't go well. However, Iori manages to secure some clothes and recruits Kouhei to join the Peek a Boo diving club. The chapter concludes with a drinking party that leads to Iori and Kouhei waking up hungover and in their boxers in class the next day.

Mutual Disdain
The chapter opens with Iori contemplating how his dreams of a great college experience are now dead. He notices another student sitting by him wearing a t-shirt with an anime girl on it.
Iori, who is down to his boxer, attempts to convince Chisa to share some of her clothes with him, so he can get dressed, but gets chased by the campus security instead.
It's not what it looks like!
While hiding from his pursuer, he runs into the other student from earlier, who introduces himself as Kouhei Imamura. Iori attempts to convince Imamura to give him some clothes, but is punched and has to deal with even more security guards instead.
Iori manages to find Nanaka and Kotobuki, who are trying to recruit members for the Peek a Boo diving club. Kotobuki agrees to give him some clothes if Iori can recruit another member to the club. He proceeds to find Kouhei and tricked him into joining the diving club.
Those idiots!
The diving club then starts a drinking party, where Iori and Kohei end up playing drinking games against each other. The two of them wake up the next day hungover and stripped down to their boxers sitting in class.
